This product is a Raychem MWTM series medium wall, heat shrinkable insulation sleeve manufactured by TE Connectivity.
Engineered primarily for low voltage power cable networks, electrical installations, and control systems, the MWTM 10/3 sleeve provides maximum protection against moisture ingress, structural abrasion, and chemical exposure. It combines a tough, cross linked polyolefin outer casing with an internal hot melt adhesive layer, establishing a long term watertight seal over small gauge power cables and connectors.

High Strength Cross Linked Polyolefin: Fabricated from radiation cross linked polymer compounds. This specialized material resists melting, structural cracking, and mechanical punctures under high continuous operating stresses.

Co Extruded Hot Melt Adhesive Lining: Coated internally with a thermoplastic adhesive layer. Upon application of heat, this lining melts and flows into cable irregularities to form a completely waterproof, corrosion resistant environmental barrier.

High Expansion Shrink Ratio: Features a flexible 3:1 expansion and recovery profile. This allows the unrecovered tube to pass easily over standard terminal lugs or inline wire joints and shrink tightly onto smaller wire jackets.

Excellent Dielectric Insulation: Delivers high electrical insulation properties, satisfying international criteria for primary voltage insulation up to 1 kV on small-diameter conductors.

Halogen Free and UV Resistant: Formulated without dangerous halogens to eliminate toxic smoke generation in high risk zones, while offering full immunity to continuous ultra violet (UV) exposure and weathering.
