Tense ATM-60C 60/5A Measurement Current Transformer
The Tense ATM-60C is a high reliability, compact measurement current transformer (CT) engineered to step down primary alternating currents within low voltage electrical distribution networks. Featuring a standardized transformation ratio of 60/5A, this device converts line currents up to 60 A into a manageable 0–5 A secondary output, enabling safe, accurate real time data collection for ammeters, multi function power meters, and PLC controllers. Designed with a 20 mm circular borehole, the transformer allows for straightforward, non invasive installation over heavy insulated cables and wiring arrays.
Key Features
-
Precision Current Transformation: Delivers a specialized 60/5A conversion ratio, ensuring linear current measurement accuracy across industrial control panels.
-
20 mm Circular Window: Outfitted with an optimized internal bore diameter designed for quick pass through mounting directly onto single insulated phase conductors.
-
Integrated Safety Terminal Cover: Built with dual protective red flip top terminal shields that isolate the secondary screw contacts (S1 and S2) to safeguard operators from accidental shock.
-
Rugged Flame Retardant Shell: Enclosed in a durable, self extinguishing polymer body designed to withstand high operational temperatures and harsh industrial conditions.
-
Adaptable Core Geometry: Features marked primary terminal references (P1) and multi directional body profiles to ensure correct orientation and seamless polarity compliance inside active panel boards.
