The AX‑GS‑CD‑D8041 is a duct-mount infrared CO₂ transmitter with a 105 mm probe. It outputs a proportional 0–10 V signal (or optional 4–20 mA) and features long-term calibration, ideal for automated air quality control in HVAC systems.
- NDIR CO₂ sensing with 0–2000 ppm measurement range
- 0–10 V output, switchable to 4–20 mA for flexible integration
- 105 mm probe length designed for standard duct mounting
- Optional temperature output via passive thermistor
- Lifetime calibration with automatic background calibration ensures stable long-term accuracy
- Accuracy ±40 ppm or 3 % (whichever is larger) at 22 °C
- Fast response: stabilises within 2 minutes (max 10 min) after power-up
- Durable design: flame-retardant ABS housing with IP30 protection
- Operating conditions: 24 VAC/DC power (18–30 V), 0–50 °C ambient, 0–95 % RH, air velocity up to 450 m/min
- Gas-permeable PTFE filter for reliable operation in duct environments
- Optional relay version (‑AR) supports direct control of ventilation systems
