The UT582 is a digital RCD (Residual Current Device) tester designed to evaluate the performance and safety of earth leakage circuit breakers (ELCBs) in single-phase electrical systems. It measures the trip time and current leakage to ensure proper operation of protective devices, helping to prevent electrical shock and fire hazards.
